CHANGING LIVES AND CULTIVATING HOPE

We make sure every foster child is free to dream of a better life and achieve it.

A Safe Place for Children to Grow

and Thrive

Visions of Hope HM, Inc. was founded to help foster youth in need of assistance and residential housing and emergency shelter services. Using the trauma-informed approach enacted by Governor Carney in 2018, we nurture a safe and healing environment that greatly benefits both the children and their families. We also offer community-based support by enlisting the help of several community partners.

Residential Housing

Our foster home is designed to be a space free from neglect and abuse. We provide 24-hour care, protection, and supervision for children aged 11–18 who are currently in the custody of the Division of Family Services (DFS). Our services are designed to assist youth who are hard to place due to age, behavioral challenges, and mental health issues. Each child is allowed to remain until they age out, and by then, they would be transferred to transitional housing.
